Players interested in joining the Wildcats Boys Tennis team for fall 2008 should download the fall 2008 team information package (zip 213K). The package contains information about:
- cost
- physicals
- practices
- team policies
- Booster Club
- team manual

Not sure if you saw the schedule in the information packet, but forms for the Fall 2008 season are due August 11

The physical, Assumption of Risk, Emergency Information Form, and the Eligibility Card are not in the packet. I could find the physical and the Assumption of Risk online, but not the others I mentioned. Can you please tell me where I can get those?

From what I read on the Plymouth High School website, I understand the forms are available at the Plymouth High School office. If not, it’s best to contact Coach Kimball directly.
